Behold The Glimmer Man

predator

On this episode of Expanded Perspectives the guys start the show off talking about how a person in Grand Junction, Colorado had an encounter back in the summer of 2016 with an other worldly creature. This odd creature had tentacles and was rectangular in overall shape. What in the world were they seeing? Then, two men in Victoria say they came upon an “entity” they could not immediately identify. One of the eyewitnesses, who didn’t provide a name, said he and his friend were walking the streets of Harkaway when the purported being showed up. They claim that it was around 2 in the morning and when they rounded a corner of the street they were walking on they saw something large and glowing white.

After the break Cam brings up a very interesting email that one listener wrote in describing an encounter with something that resembled the Predator from the sci fi movie from the 80’s. This being is able to cloak itself and if that is not strange enough, the guys have been getting more and more of these similar sightings. They have decided to call this perhaps new cryptid the “The Glimmer Man”. All of this and more on this episode of Expanded Perspectives!

  1. In Malaysia, we have the Orang Bunian, a tribe of inter-dimensional folks who share the same land and spaces as humans. They are similar to humans in form but have been captured on film as translucent beings moving about in forests etc. The Glimmer Man may be similar to the Orang Bunian. This was such an interesting episode. Thanks heaps, guys.

The glimmer man, when I first deployed to Iraq back in 2007 I worked in the Battalion operations center, one of the many documents we were in charge of distributing were a little comic/pamphlet used to inform soldier on preventive maintenance of military equipment, one in particular caught my attention, it was regarding the maintenance of, as tge pamphlet put it an “invisisuit” it focused in particular on the proper charging of the piece of equipment, how improper charging length would result in detection of the wearer, I intended to take one with me at the end of my shift, but they were taken before I could get ahold of one.
